Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable under the following conditions:

·        The item is received in a damaged or defective condition

·        The size is not suitable (applicable to rings and bracelets only)

Important: Damage Reporting Window

·        Customers must report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

·        Clear proof (images or videos) must be provided at the time of reporting.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is applicable under the following conditions:

·        The customer wishes to change the article or design due to a change of mind or preference (subject to availability).

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Replacement & Exchange

To qualify for a replacement or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

·        The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

·        All tags, packaging, and accessories must be returned.

·        Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

·        The product may be opened for inspection but must remain in resalable condition.

Refund Policy

Currently, we have no refund policy.

How to Request a Replacement or Exchange

1.     Contact our support team within the applicable timeframe:

                  48 hours for damaged/defective items

                   7 days for exchange requests

2.     Provide your order number along with clear images/videos (if applicable).

3.     Once approved, place a new order for the desired item (if applicable).

4.     Clearly mention “Exchange Request” and your previous order number in the order notes.

5.     Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags.

6.     Send the parcel back using a reliable courier service to the address provided by our team.

7.     After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your request accordingly.

Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and approved:

Replacement or exchange will be processed within 3–10 working days.
