BAAP offers a 14-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for all pieces. A lifetime color/plating warranty is available exclusively for stainless steel items. Other materials, such as brass and 925 silver are not included in this warranty.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and color/plating, but does not extend to damage caused by:
- Excessive wear
- Lack of care
If a defect is found and confirmed by BAAP as a manufacturing issue within the warranty period, follow the return instructions provided.
BAAP will, at its discretion and to the extent allowed by law, choose to:
- Repair the product with new or refurbished parts
- Replace the product with a new equivalent item
- Refund part or the entire purchase price
Please note, BAAP is not obligated to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned. Replacement items do not inherit the original product’s warranty, and refunds make the returned product the property of BAAP.

This warranty applies to all BAAP pieces but excludes damage from:
- Accidents
- Abuse
- Misuse
- Misapplication
Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments such as liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, salt water, and spas. Refrain from wearing jewelry while sleeping. For proper care and cleaning, follow the provided instructions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may be considered abuse, misuse, or misapplication.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BAAP IS NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY WARRANTY BREACH OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO BAAP RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY OR EXTEND THIS WARRANTY.
